What is an AI operating system?
An AI operating system, or AIOS, is a layer of AI that sits on top of the tools you already use: email, calendar, CRM, files and meeting recordings. It knows how your business works, remembers every meeting and does the recurring work, then waits for a person to approve anything that goes out.
What does a Fractional AI Officer do?
A Fractional AI Officer is a part-time AI lead for a business that doesn't need a full-time one. I find where AI saves the most time, build the systems, train your team to use them, measure what changed and keep adding to them month after month.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Service businesses: financial advisors, accounting and compliance firms, landscapers, therapy practices and other owner-led teams. If the same work repeats in your week, it can probably be built.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. I build on top of the tools you already pay for. Your CRM, email and calendar stay where they are, and the AI reads from them and drafts into them.
Does the AI send anything without my approval?
