Each system below was built for a real business. The replicas are working copies I rebuilt with invented names and numbers, so you can click through how it works without seeing anyone's data.

Retirement planning firm · advisors meeting clients face to face

Client visualizer

The problem
The advice was sound, but it lived in a spreadsheet. Clients nodded through the numbers and then went home to think about it, and many never came back.
What I built
An interactive comparison the advisor drives during the meeting. Enter the client's balance, tax rate and ages, then move the sliders together: leaving the retirement account alone against a structured conversion plan, year by year, through any age.
The outcome
The client sees their own numbers move while the advisor answers the question. The decision gets made in the room instead of in a follow-up email.

Proposal generator

The problem
Every media vendor sends inventory in its own spreadsheet layout. Each proposal meant retyping units, rates and impressions into a deck by hand, and checking the maths twice.
What I built
Drop in the vendors' spreadsheets. The system reads each layout, lines up every unit with its photo, size, impressions and rate, applies the agency's margin, and builds a private, password-protected proposal the client can browse and download as a PDF.
The outcome
The agency spends its time choosing the right placements, not reformatting them. Every proposal comes out in the same branded layout, with the maths done the same way every time.

Photo to quote

The problem
Every quote meant a site visit, then an evening at the kitchen table pricing it line by line. Homeowners waited, and proposals looked different every time.
What I built
A quoting agent. The homeowner sends a photo of the yard and the address. The agent estimates the measurements, proposes three design concepts for the same yard, and prices each one from the company's own price book, with tax and a monthly payment option.
The outcome
The homeowner gets a polished, private proposal page they can play with. The owner reviews and adjusts it instead of building it from scratch, then confirms measurements at a build walk.

Follow-up machine

The problem
Good conversations at events and on calls went cold because nobody remembered to follow up, or remembered too late.
What I built
A relationship desk. Photograph a business card and record a short voice note about the person. It files the contact, tracks how long since you last spoke, ranks who needs you, and drafts the next note for your approval.
The outcome
One list each morning of who to contact and why, with the note already written. Nothing sends until a person approves it.

Compliance portal

The problem
Each participating school's review meant collecting a pile of bank statements, ledgers and calendars, then adding them up by hand: deposits, expenses, balances and school days, one account at a time.
What I built
One portal per review season. Schools upload into labelled sections and get reminders while anything is outstanding. The portal files and renames every document, reads the statements and the profit and loss, does the arithmetic with a link back to each source page, and builds the peer review package.
The outcome
Staff check the work instead of typing it. Every school's binder is complete in one place, and every number traces back to the page it came from.

Marketing team: the monthly podcast

The problem
The owner records great conversations, but editing, captions, show notes and clips are a part-time job nobody had time for. Episodes sat unpublished.
What I built
A production line for one episode a month. The raw recording becomes a finished episode with an opening recap, chapter cards and captions, plus show notes, platform copy, thumbnails and short clips for social.
The outcome
An episode ships every month. Her part is the conversation and a final review, not the editing.

Not on the list?

If it repeats in your week,it can probably be built.

These are where clients started, not where they stopped. Tell me about the report you rebuild every Friday or the spreadsheet only one person understands. That's usually the next build.
